My Jack Russell Story:
I came home from school one day and found my mother sitting with a very small white dog. She told me it was a JRT (Jack Russell Terrier)we decided on calling her Jackie (It seemed practical) she also told me that if she had not taken Jackie the dog would've been put to sleep. That night we called and called, Jackie didn't even turn her head, we blew whistles, talked next to her head, rang bells, nothing worked. She was deaf. We didn't care, we kept her, she is 3 now and lives with three other dogs, guess what JRT which were once never heard of are becoming VERY popular.
